Just lots of photos on my blog today as we visited Venice!
Parked the car up and took the train in, which made it much easier. We walked and walked, as you do in Venice, took a gondola ride, went over the Rialto bridge, which was, surprise surprise, under renovation and covered in scaffolding, but still great to be on. St Marco Square, the Grand Canal, we did it all in between a stop for a cold beer, then later coffee, to rest the feet and cool down.Venice is beautiful, big and we both thoroughly enjoyed the day
