Day 58, Rijeka Croatia to Venice, Italy

No pictures today, I didn't even get the camera out to be fair.

We drove through three countries today; Croatia, Slovenia and finally Italy.

Last nights hosts were so lovely, she runs the accommodation with her son, and they were both so hospitable. 

Nice to be back in Italy too, feels almost familiar now!

Accommodation tonight is close to Venice, and is in a huge old villa, I will take some photos tomorrow and post, big gardens as well, all very grand (except for the rooms itself which are fairly standard, but okay).

We went for a drive tonight to suss out the train into Venice tomorrow and have some dinner out. Still 35 degrees at 8.00 pm!
